The Prime Minister’s Office wrote in a statement that the special representative of Russia for Afghanistan affairs, in a meeting with Maulawi Abdul Kabir, emphasized that Russia’s positive relations with the Islamic Emirate continue and that Russian investors are also interested in investing in Afghanistan.

In this meeting, the political deputy of the Prime Minister’s Office expressed his hope for the official membership of Afghanistan in the form of Moscow.
