Khaled Zadran, the spokesman of this command, told Tolo TV channel that unknown people threw a hand grenade at a water tanker in Pashte Tahshi area yesterday (November 4th).

Zadran added: Efforts to trace the perpetrators of this incident are ongoing.

The group known as the Liberation Front of Afghanistan has accepted responsibility for the explosion and claimed that as a result, four Taliban including one of their commanders were killed and three others were wounded, a claim that has not been independently confirmed.
