The head of Farhangsarai Tebian apologized to the people for the second time for his controversial words about the existence of “hundreds of brothels and churches” in Kabul.

Isa Hosseini Mazari said: I not only apologize to the God-seeking and pious people of Afghanistan inside and outside, especially the residents of Kabul and Dashtbarchi, but I also ask for forgiveness.

During a speech in Mashhad, Mr. Mazari said that during the republic, “thousands of brothels and 500 churches” were organized by Westerners in Kabul, especially in the west of the city.

Mr. Mazari says in this video message that he has pointed out the existence of prostitution centers and churches in Kabul by citing security sources and some real and legal addresses.

He emphasized that his words have upset the people of Kabul, especially the people of West Kabul.

After Mr. Mazari’s statement, a number of scholars and people in the west of Kabul complained to the Taliban administration.

Waez Behsoudi, a Shia cleric, asked the Iranian judiciary and the Taliban to implement the “Sharia limit” on Hosseini Mazari, due to “very unjustified slander” against the people of Kabul.

Based on people’s complaints, the Taliban police command in Kabul issued an arrest warrant for Mr. Mazari.

Due to people’s complaints against Mr. Mazari, he apologized to the people of Kabul in the month of Thor this year. At that time, although Mr. Mazari defended his words, he said that if he had offended anyone, he would apologize to them.

At that time, he accused his critics with harsh words of “misconception” and “superficial analysis”.
