The United Nations Office in Afghanistan (UNAMA) published a new strategic framework for supporting the people of Afghanistan and announced:
In this strategic framework, the priorities of this institution to support the people of Afghanistan until 2025 have been determined.
The strategic framework also outlines the United Nations’ approach to addressing basic humanitarian needs in Afghanistan, prioritizing the needs and rights of vulnerable people, including women and girls, children and youth, internally displaced persons, returnees, refugees, and ethnic minorities. It expresses religion.”
This strategic framework specifically focuses on providing essential assistance in response to the increasingly restrictive environment facing all Afghan citizens, especially women and girls.
The full implementation of this strategic framework depends on the actions of the Taliban and the support of donors.
