stated in a meeting with Hai Kyung Jun, the head of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees for Asia and the Pacific (UNHCR), that Afghan immigrants in Pakistan do not have any role in the insecurity of this country. However, thousands of them are innocent and are currently in the prisons of the country. In response, Hai Kyung Jun mentioned in the meeting that the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees is committed to solving the problems faced by Afghan immigrants and will seek additional assistance for them at the upcoming meeting in Geneva.
