A Taliban helicopter was shot down in Ghor province
A Taliban helicopter was shot down in Ghor province by fighters of the Basij National Front, which is an anti-Taliban front.

Today, Wednesday, a Mi 17 helicopter belonging to the Taliban group crashed in Firoz Koh city, the center of Ghor province, and all the passengers were killed. This helicopter sank in the water along with its two pilots.

Although the Ministry of Defense of the Taliban group has not announced the main reason for the crash of this helicopter and the identity of its occupants, the Basij National Front wrote in its newsletter on page X a few minutes ago that this helicopter was destroyed. One of the hero fighter helicopters belonging to this group’s air force was shot down by this helicopter.

This front also said that two pilots, one co-pilot, three Taliban including a commander were killed in this helicopter.
