A number of pilots and engineers of military planes of the Air Force of the previous
government of Afghanistan, who took refuge in Pakistan after the fall of the republic, are now living in a miserable situation. These pilots and engineers say that by selling their houses and properties, they have been able to provide for their one-year expenses in Pakistan, but now their money and patience are running out. They explain that they came to Pakistan based on the advice of US Air Force advisers, but the US government and US military advisers have now turned away from them. They want the American government officials to start working on their transfer to the United States. According to them, if the process of evacuating them needs more time, the American government should help them in the provision of living expenses.
