A commercial shipment has arrived at the port of Haratan in Balkh by rail, passing through Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. This shipment includes 22 containers of car parts.

This quantity of goods has reached Balkh through the joint economic corridor of China, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan.

The memorandum of understanding for the opening of this corridor was signed last year.

Bakhtur Rahman Sharaft, who was appointed by the Taliban as the head of railways, said that Afghanistan’s economic relationship with regional countries is important and facilities should be created.

A few days ago, another 42 containers of commercial goods arrived in Afghanistan from China.
