Message from Afghan News 24 – Reporter Ahmad Sohail Partaw

Greetings to the respected viewers of Afghan News 24.

Our news team has received alarming reports from several affected regions of Afghanistan, including Nimruz, Islam Qala, and Herat. These areas are currently facing a growing humanitarian crisis due to the forced deportation of Afghan refugees, many of whom are suffering from severe food shortages and multiple other hardships.

We urgently appeal to international humanitarian organizations to provide immediate support and assistance.

In Iran, Afghan refugees have reported serious mistreatment. Many deportees have had their phones checked and confiscated. In several instances, harsh actions have been taken against individuals who resisted. One woman, speaking on the condition of anonymity, stated that she faced severe consequences after refusing to allow her phone to be inspected. Additionally, refugees report that those who owned vehicles or left behind money and possessions were denied access to them. Some even allege that they were forcibly administered drugs.

The situation within Afghanistan remains dire. There is a clear lack of infrastructure or support for returning refugees. We call upon foreign ministers, international institutions, and especially the governments of Europe, the United States, and France, to take immediate diplomatic and humanitarian measures.

Afghanistan is currently suffering from widespread economic corruption, rising homelessness, and a disturbing increase in human trafficking. This growing crisis demands the urgent attention of the international community.

We strongly urge humanitarian organizations and developed nations to respond with compassion, resources, and decisive action.

Thank you.
