Recently, Deputy Governor of Tehran: We will deal with illegal immigrants like during the war

Mehdi Bab Al-Hawaeji, the deputy governor of Tehran, warned that confronting illegal immigrants is like confronting in a war.

Addressing the officials of Ray City, Tehran, Bab Al-Hawaeji said: Today, confronting unauthorized citizens in Ray City is like confronting in a war, it is like when our children took up arms and went and became martyrs.

He continued: There are mines, moral, social and economic mines around our family.

Bab al-Hawaji said: There are illegal citizens in the city of Ray and their presence is a threat.

He clarified: only fine is not enough and officials should use their other powers.

This official warned real estate consultants and transaction guides that they will be prosecuted if they provide housing to “unauthorized citizens”.
