Mohammad Khaled Hanafi, Acting Minister of the Ministry of Good and Prohibition of Evil, asked all religious scholars and security institutions not to allow women to go to Band Amir National Park in a public meeting in Bamyan.
Mr. Hanafi stated that the reason for this decision was not respecting the hijab of women and added: To prepare the procedure, women should be prevented from entering this park.
