The Taliban killed a former soldier in Badakhshan after torturing him several times

According to the sources, this person was Fereydoun and a resident of Jarem district of Badakhshan.

In the last eight months, Fereydoun was arrested and tortured four times by the Taliban on charges of collaborating with the previous government.

According to these sources, in the latest case, this person was arrested two weeks ago by the Taliban and released from prison after severe torture with the mediation of ethnic elders, and as a result of these tortures, his gangs stopped working.

Sources add that Fereydoun had previously served as a local policeman in the framework of the security forces in the Ministry of Interior of the previous government for five years.

It should be noted that arresting, torturing and killing former soldiers by the Taliban is not a new thing.

This group always arrests and tortures the soldiers of the previous regime under various pretexts and in most cases even kills them.
