Putin: If Ukraine uses cluster bombs, Russia will do the same.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has said in her recent interview that if Ukraine uses cluster bombs against Russia, there is a need for a counter-reaction from Russia.
She said that Russia has enough cluster munitions.
The Russian president added: “It was the United States that called the use of cluster bombs a crime, but now that it is facing a shortage of bullets, it is sending cluster bombs to Ukraine.”
