Local sources say that a bomb exploded in the city of Faizabad, the capital of Badakhshan province.
The explosion happened around 10:00 in the Nabi mosque in Faizabad and during the Fatiha ceremony of the Taliban deputy governor in Badakhshan.
Sources said that the explosion caused casualties.
