Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Amir Khan Motaghi met with Iran’s Ambassador Hassan Kazemi Qomi in Kabul.
Hafiz Zia Ahmad Takal, Deputy Spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said in a series of tweets that during the meeting, Iran’s water rights in the Helmand Sea were discussed, and the Acting Foreign Minister emphasized that the issues related to Kabul and Tehran can be resolved through “dialogue and understanding.” ”
Mr. Tekel added that issues such as resuming the process of transferring Afghan prisoners to Kabul, delaying the execution of Afghan prisoners and facilitating the issuance of Iranian visas to Afghan citizens were also discussed in this meeting.
