The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of the Treasury and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) are blocking the investigation on the withdrawal from Afghanistan.
In many cases, Sigar has reported to the oversight and accountability committee of the House of Representatives about the non-cooperation of these departments in the current investigation regarding the withdrawal from Afghanistan, which is unacceptable.
The government will not be able to avoid the important task of monitoring cigarettes, nor will it be able to ignore the responsibility for the catastrophic failure in Afghanistan.
