If the Taliban agree to hold elections under the supervision of the United Nations and neutral countries, we are ready to give up resistance.

The absolute majority of Afghan people do not want the Taliban and the current situation has been imposed on them.

Most participants of the Vienna meeting agree that all necessary means should be used to force the Taliban to come to the negotiating table.
