Therefore, we call on the United Nations to establish a comprehensive list of terrorist organizations and include the Taliban, the Haqqani Network, Al-Qaeda, ISIS, and other terrorist groups in it.

We demand an end to engagement and support for the Taliban, and we urge all countries to refrain from removing the Taliban from their terrorist group lists or recognizing their self-proclaimed government.
