Afghan News 24 sources say
A 23-year-old Afghan man named Sher from Panjshir committed suicide in Islamabad due to delays in the immigration process to Canada. His family is in Canada and he was waiting for a visa in Pakistan with his sister. The immigrat say their cases have been not prossesd at the UN while Pakistan has set a deadline of February 31 for transfer or deportation. They are asking the UN to work with embassies and the Pakistani government to resolve the problem.
